What I do:

• Plan and manage software application development projects through all phases of requirements gathering, implementation and testing.

• Facilitate requirements gathering and deliver systems specifications by working closely with your team of knowledge experts to discover business requirements.

• Document specifications to a level of detail appropriate for programmer implementation.

• Work with your programmers or a team of outside programmers through the implementation and testing stages to ensure the final product meets the stated requirements of the application.

• Provide personal, professional and friendly service to ensure a quality product that satisfies business objectives.

• Act as an independent and objective consultant in designing and implementing new applications in your business.

Experience

Primarily focusing on the analysis and design aspect of software applications, I have worked with clients to conceptualize, organize and implement robust applications complete with databases and interfaces that are scalable, efficient, intuitive, standards-based and reliable-- ensuring a high-quality application.

I have a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle as well as several software development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Spiral and others). I have experience in a broad range of industries from education and automotive to music and community resource guides.
